At Modiva Scent, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted.
However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
•If you receive a damaged item
•If you receive a wrong product
•If your order is defective
In any of these situations, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof (images/videos).
To be eligible for a resolution:
•The item must be unused and in its original packaging
•The issue must be reported within the stated timeframe
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer an exchange or suitable resolution.

•We do not accept returns based on change of mind or scent preference
•All sales are considered final after delivery unless stated otherwise
